Lead sites come with a private login. Booked a co-star on Tuesday? Add the project, role and network from your phone, and it's on your site the second you hit save. Your resume updates with it, so the next one you send is already current.

Need more than one page? We can add a voiceover demo page, a press kit, a full headshot gallery, or a page for a project you're producing. Extra pages are priced during your quote based on what you need.

We send a quote and invoice. Paying it means you agree to the price and the plan. Your price is locked in.

We send you a private link to a detailed questionnaire about you, your work, your headshots and your reel. The more you tell us, the better your site.

Your site goes live
We build it, you look it over, and we launch. Your 3 months of free hosting start that day.

Good to know
How do I get my reel on the site?
Send us YouTube links. They load fastest and look best. Vimeo works too, including private Vimeo links. We don't recommend TikTok or Instagram embeds, since they load slowly and break often, and we can't use raw video files.
Do I need my own domain?
Your site lives on your own domain, like yourname.com. If you already own one, we connect it. If not, we can help you get one set up.
Can I update my site myself?
Lead sites come with the Casting Portal, so you manage your own credits, "now filming" line and resume. For everything else, like new headshots or a new reel, we make the change for you. Updates are quoted per request, or included if you're on The Run.
What's the difference between Supporting and Lead?
Both get a full one-page site in your choice of style. Lead adds the Casting Portal, a resume that builds itself from your credits, a "now filming" line you control and "new" badges on recent work. Lead styles are also our more detailed designs.
What does the auto resume look like?
A clean, one-page resume in standard industry format: your name, union, reps, stats, credits by category, training and special skills. Anyone on your site can print it or save it as a PDF, and it always matches what's on your site.
How long does it take?
Usually five business days from when we get your completed questionnaire, headshots and reel.
Can I change the colors or words on a style?
Yes. The styles are starting points. Your site gets your name, headshots, writing, reel and credits, and we can adjust colors to fit you. Bigger layout changes are quoted separately.
How much is hosting?
Your first 3 months are free, starting the day your site launches. After that it's $10 a month or $100 a year, and it's included if you're on The Run.
What happens if I miss a hosting payment?
If hosting is more than 30 days past due, your site is taken offline and removed from our network.
Can I move my site somewhere else later?
Yes. We package your site and move it off our network for a one time $50 transfer fee. Once it's moved, it's removed from our network.
The small print. Build fees are one time. Every site includes 3 months of free hosting starting at launch. After that, hosting is $10 per month or $100 per year, and is included with any plan on The Run. Site updates outside The Run are quoted per request. Extra pages are priced during your quote. Although rare, some builds may need extras that carry their own costs, and we'll always clear those with you first. Every quote is locked-in pricing. The Run is billed monthly and can be canceled any time. If a hosting payment is more than 30 days late, the site is taken offline and removed from our network. If you'd rather host somewhere else, we'll package your site and move it off our network for a one time $50 transfer fee, after which it is removed from our network. Demo actors, projects, festivals and reviews shown are fictional.
Comped
Between bookings?
If you're auditioning, taking class and doing the work, and the money just isn't there yet, tell us. Every month we comp a few sites for actors who need one, free or close to it. We'll ask you to show us you're working at it and that money is genuinely tight, and then we'll help.
Apply for a comped site- Fill out the comped application. It's honest, and it's private.
- Show us you're working at it: your reel or clips, recent auditions or credits, and someone who can vouch for you.
- Share one document that shows your situation, like a pay stub or benefits letter. We read it and delete it.
- If it's a fit, we build your site and work out what you can pay, even if that's nothing.
